Enith Marín is a Colombian artist based in Sarasota, a tourist town surrounded by water and nature everywhere. She has a studio and art gallery where she teaches and shares ideas with her students and other local artists to find moments to develop their creativity and unleash their imagination. It is a space to enjoy, make and sell art. Art is Enith’s passion, teaching is her vocation, and she is creative out of conviction. She has attended different national and international conferences and art conventions as a teacher, as a student and as an exhibitor. When she lived in her beloved Colombia, she was a teacher, and also painted ceramics and made crafts. For all this, she is still and always will be an ARTIST.

 

Soy artista Colombiana radicada en Sarasota, Estados Unidos, un pueblo turístico rodeado de agua y naturaleza por doquier, allí tengo mi estudio y mi galería de arte donde imparto clases y comparto ideas con mis estudiantes y con otros artistas locales.  Allí, la comunidad encuentra momentos para desarrollar su creatividad y dar rienda suelta a su imaginación. Es un espacio para disfrutar, realizar y vender arte.   El arte es mi pasión, enseñar es mi vocación y soy creativa por convicción.  He asistido a diferentes conferencias y convenciones de arte a nivel nacional e internacional como profesora, como estudiante y como expositora, porque hacer lo que me gusta me hace feliz. Cuando vivía en mi amada Colombia era docente y al mismo tiempo pintaba mis cerámicas y realizaba mis artesanías esto era para mí, no sólo otro ingreso, sino lo más importante, mi espacio y mi esparcimiento y al llegar a Estados Unidos no pude cambiar mi esencia, por todo ésto sigo siendo ARTISTA.
